HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

Using my proven marketing approach I focus on making an excellent impression on potential buyers the first time they see the listing. This means working with a professional photographer and videographer to make your listing stand out from others. As a certified staging consultant I can also provide advice on how to set up your home in order to get the maximum positive reaction from buyers. I invest heavily in both print and electronic advertising in order to expose as many buyers as possible to your home.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

I would be happy to meet with you and discuss the particulars of selling your home. Every home is unique and you may qualify for a reduced rate if you are also buying a home.

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

Yes. A real estate lawyer will be required to transfer the deed of the property and to discharge any existing encumbrances on the property, however I work closely with several lawyers and can recommend one to you when we get to the point of needing one.
